Containment laboratory verifications.
Our ACDP based report will give you a comprehensive overview of the condition and safety of your containment facility with recommendations and colour coded warning levels. An inspection will contain at least the following:

4. Room fabric integrity (CL3 and above)

Our ISO 14644 and cGMP compliant report will give you a full overview of the cleanliness and condition of your cleanroom facility with audit compliant data and recommendations. An Inspection will contain at least the following:

Operating Theatre Suites Validation
Our HTM 03-01 compliant report will give you a detailed view of the cleanliness and condition of your operating theatre and associated rooms with audit compliant data, recommendations and Issues. An Inspection will contain at least the following:
1. Supply & extract air volumes
2. Pressure cascades
3. Air change rates
4. Particle counts
5. HEPA filter integrity
6. Environmental conditions such as light, noise and humidity levels
7. condition of AHUs
Local Exhaust Ventilation TExT Inspections
COSHH Regulation 9 mandates that employers maintain control measures, such as local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems, to ensure they are efficient, in good repair, and regularly tested. Our P601 qualified examiners will carry out a Thorough Examination and Test (TExT) of your LEV system to ensure it complies to all the required health and safety requirements and advise if there are any defects or improvements to ensure safety and best practice is achieved. The COSHH based report will give you a full overview of the condition and use of your LEV with issues, observations and recommendations with a satisfactory or unsatisfactory result sticker. An inspection will contain at least the following:
1. Face velocities.
2. Capture distances.
3. Duct air volumes.
4. Operational use.
5. Condition and performance of individual components of the LEV system.
5. Condition of fan or AHU systems.
6. Recommendations on improvements.
BSU Inspections
Our ASPA 1986 CoP based report will give you a full overview of the cleanliness and condition of your BSU facility with issues, observations and recommendations. An inspection will contain at least the following:
1. Supply & extract air volumes
2. Pressure cascades
3. Air change rates for Occupancy comfort
4. HEPA filter integrity (if fitted)
5. condition of AHUs
Cabinet and Laminar Flow Servicing
We offer Servicing to BS EN 12469 of the following types of Equipment:

HPV Decontamination Services
We can decontaminate equipment with proven 6log kill using a Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour (HPV) technique which is quick and efficient leaving no residues and instant access to the equipment afterwards. The system uses negative pressure so users can continue working beside the equipment whilst it is being decontaminated.
Environmental Monitoring Verfication.
During the Inspection of your facility we can add bespoke services to enhance your requirements such as:
